SHIPPING
UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £75.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day using a tracked 48-hour service.
Once your order has left us, you'll receive tracking information so you can keep an eye on its journey.
RETURNS
Changed your mind? No problem.
We accept returns of full-price items within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Sale items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@sauceandbrown.com with your order number and we'll get you sorted.
EXCHANGES
Ordered the wrong size? We'll happily exchange it for another available size once the original item has been returned to us.
If your item arrives damaged or there's a problem with it, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sauceandbrown.com and we'll put it right.
REFUNDS
Once your return arrives at our HQ, we'll inspect it and let you know by email whether your return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a little time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once we've issued it.

Please note that the cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked service when returning your order, particularly for higher-value items. Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been received.
