Every year we visit Cornwall. The drive is never to be looked forward to, but the destinations do make up for it. This year we chose St Mawes. Well the wife did, I just have to get us there. Do I go the old route down the Fosse Way, or the "Fastest" route down the motorways? St Mawes. Apparently voted the "hippest" place to visit in Cornwall this year, so I read in a magazine while I was there. I'm sat at HQ reflecting on a weekend in Italy. I left with an open mind after being offered lots of mixed opinions. My wife has been wanting to go to Italy for years now so I started looking but the prices just for a weekend were so high or the flights just didn't accommodate a Fri-Mon break. Top choice were Florence or Sorrento. But then a good customer/friend told me about Treviso as a gateway to hit Venice for the day without basing yourself in the mayhem. Today I got to ride in this naughty machine. This was courtesy of customer and friend Dave Vardy. It was bumpy, full of rattles but more importantly, it was raw and I loved it. It smelt like a proper engine, god knows how it feels blasting through a forest in this beast with a cockpit full of dust. Head to Goodwood this year to see Rheila in action again with VrDMotorsport The infamous Ferris Bueller said “Life moves pretty fast.
