The Birdcage & why

The Birdcage & why

Stick with us till the end on this.  Our HQ is based in the old heartland of Mining in North Nottinghamshire.   A place where men used to work down the mines and women worked in the Textile Industry. Not an easy life, but its what was done and known.  It wasnt all flat caps and whippets back in the days. It was actually a vibrant yet tough environment.   Football and music has always been a big part of life up here. An escape from the long hours and hardship.  P.S - Dont believe the hype about grim up...

The Far East

The Far East

As we travel to the Far East, keep up to date through the eyes of one half of S&B  Day 1:  Been thinking how to do this blog. I used to love looking at the window on the way...

Sauce & Brown so far.

Sauce & Brown so far.

We started back in 2014, April to be exact. Not knowing where this road would take us, but up to yet, it's been hard work and fun. Never discount fun when you are working. We virtually live at work, what with all the Social media and messages etc. You dont switch off so you better enjoy it. So looking at how we have grown a brand in a difficult period in time and slipping 'n' sliding our way into a world, which is predominantly owned by big corporates, what have we achieved?  Loyal customers first & foremost. Along come friends...
